📦 Processing Time

All rental orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after your booking is confirmed.
We’ll notify you by email once your order has shipped.

We offer reliable and tracked shipping services:

(Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.)

Delivery times may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

All rented gowns must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless stated otherwise.

Your deposit is refunded once the gown is received in good condition.
